The Dandelion Path
Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The Dandelion Path is a low-touch, medically assisted tapering option for individuals who are already reducing psychiatric medications with the support of a coach, therapist, peer group, or self-guided plan. This pathway is not a replacement for therapy or intensive medical care—it provides access to safe, respectful prescribing and clinical oversight without overreach or pathologizing.
2. Payment Terms
Cost: $147/month, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Billing: Your card will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar day.
Initial Session: The first visit is a 60-minute comprehensive intake and must be scheduled before care begins.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment is required to schedule and maintain access to services.

4. Visit Structure
All sessions are booked for up to 60 minutes to allow for spacious, unhurried care.
You are not required to use the full hour—if you only need 20–30 minutes, that’s fine.
Visits are not intended for therapy or comprehensive medical management; they are focused on safe prescribing and taper support.
5. Eligibility & Participation
You must already be engaged in a tapering process or actively working with a coach, therapist, or peer support group.
Virtual care is only available to residents of North Carolina, Arizona, or Colorado (not on CO Medicaid).
All others must be seen in person at least once every 3 months.
You are expected to use the White Oak scheduling platform and complete all intake paperwork prior to your first session.
6. Missed Appointments & Cancellations
Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling without 48-hour notice.
Late arrivals may shorten your available session time.
Membership cancellations must be completed in Kajabi prior to your next billing cycle. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.
7. Clinical Boundaries
The Dandelion Path does not include therapy, coaching, or frequent check-ins.
If your needs exceed what is offered here, you may be referred to another White Oak Pathway or local resource.
This path is intended for people who are clinically stable and do not require intensive monitoring.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during your sessions will be held in strict confidence, per HIPAA standards. You are responsible for updating your provider on any changes in health status, symptoms, or communication with your care team.
9. Testimonials
Any testimonials shared on the website or social media reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Release of Information (ROI)
All participants are required to sign a Release of Information (ROI) form for their taper coach, therapist, or peer specialist prior to their initial session. This ensures coordinated, safe, and collaborative care. Services cannot proceed without this agreement in place.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in The Dandelion Path, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
