Redbud Membership: $150 start up fee, then $147/month

It’s ideal for those seeking holistic primary care and ongoing support without needing frequent visits. With this approach, you'll nurture your well-being and begin a path filled with optimism and aligned energy.
What’s Included:
- Up to 4–6 sessions per year, typically used every 2–3 months for health check-ins

- Support for tapering psychiatric or other medications (when appropriate), with occasional check-ins
- Ideal for those already working with a therapist or taper coach who need medication management every 3 months
- Basic preventative care and ongoing support for both mental and physical health
Visit Scheduling & Frequency
This membership includes up to 6 visits per year, intended to be used once every 2–3 months.
Visits may not be “banked” or used all at once. This plan is designed to support ongoing, seasonal care—not short-term intensive support.
If your needs shift and you require more frequent care, we can talk about upgrading to a different plan that offers deeper support.

Upgrading Your Membership
If you find you need more frequent support due to unforeseen circumstances or a deeper dive into your health or emotional journey, you are welcome to upgrade to a higher-tier membership. Any additional time will be prorated, ensuring you get the support you require when needed.
Stepping Down a Tier
If we’ve gotten your weight back on track and you’ve learned tools to better manage your emotions and feel that you need less frequent support, we ask that you complete the current month in the membership you are in. If you decide to step down, please note that there will not be a prorated refund for the remaining month, as the support level has already been made available.
