Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself ❤️

Breathwork at White Oak Medicine

Release. Reconnect. Remember who you are.

What is Breathwork?

The Breath is Sacred. And Breathwork at White Oak is a conscious breathing practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner healing. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, this work invites you to drop into your body, quiet the noise of the outside world, and listen to what’s ready to be healed—no psychedelics or special tools needed.

This is breath as medicine. Breath as prayer. Breath as the bridge between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.

Who is this for?

Whether you're carrying grief, anxiety, stuckness, or a sense that something in your life is calling to be remembered—this work meets you there. We all have the breath. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or have any experience with breathwork, meditation, or healing work. All that’s required is a willingness to show up for yourself—just as you are.

This practice may be especially supportive if:

  • You feel disconnected from your body, your spirit, or your sense of purpose
  • You’re navigating a life transition, grief, or emotional heaviness
  • You’re doing deep inner work and want a somatic, embodied approach
  • You’re carrying generational trauma or patterns you’re ready to release
  • You’re craving a safe, held space to just breathe and be with what’s real
  • You believe healing matters, even for the parts of us we haven’t fully uncovered yet

What to Expect

Each session includes:

  • A brief grounding and intention-setting practice
  • Guided conscious breathing, set to music, for 30–60 minutes
  • Time to integrate what arises through art, rest, reflection, and gentle processing

This is a trauma-informed, body-led practice. You will be supported in listening to your own rhythms and limits, with no pressure to “go deep” or have a certain kind of experience. Your breath is the guide—and I’m simply here to hold the container.

This flower is our symbol for Breathwork at White Oak.

Sometimes called Bishop’s Flower, Queen Anne’s Lace holds the energy of safety, sanctuary, and sacred refuge. It reminds us of what it means to see clearly across lifetimes and generations, to be rooted in the earth while connected to the divine, and to honor the sacred feminine healing that unfolds gently but powerfully—especially in places that have felt forgotten.

Like this breathwork, it is both wild and wise. Strong and soft. A delicate strength growing in untamed places.

A Note from Veronica

I’ve trained in both Holotropic and Shamanic Breathwork, and over time, I’ve developed a practice that weaves together what I believe are the most powerful elements of both—while staying grounded in the nervous system, trauma-informed care, and a deep reverence for each person’s healing path.

I just call it Breathwork because I don’t believe this work needs to be renamed or repackaged to be powerful. The breath doesn’t need branding. It needs presence. Because there is nothing more sacred than the breath and the process of coming home to ourselves.

We breathe with the body. With the heart. With the part of us that remembers.

Just like Queen Anne’s Lace—rooted deep, wildly free, and blooming where she’s least expected—this work meets you exactly where you are.

If you’re ready to follow the medicine that doesn’t always follow the rules—I’ll see you in the circle.
