Health Education Series
The Health Education Series at White Oak Medicine is a free, community-centered offering designed to empower you with practical tools and insights for whole-person healing. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month from 6:00–7:30 PM. Each session includes a one-hour teaching followed by a 30-minute Q&A.
Topics range from holistic medicine and lifestyle health to nervous system regulation, herbal support, and more. Sessions are led by Veronica Johnson or a guest speaker and are open to anyone curious about a more integrative, root-cause approach to well-being.
