Plant Spirit Medicine Oracle Deck

A Deck of Shadow for & Light

Weeds, Trees, and Wild Allies from the Green World

Not all medicine comes gently.
Some creeps through the cracks.
Some grows where it’s not wanted.
Some smears itself across your path like Kudzu and dares you to deal with it.

The White Oak Plant Spirit Medicine Oracle Deck is a deck born from Carolina soil, sacred Cherokee land, and a healer’s deep friendship with the plants that refuse to be tamed. Created by Veronica Johnson of White Oak Medicine—nurse practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and educator—this deck isn’t just sweet flower crowns and moonlit rituals. It’s deep-rooted truth-telling. It’s sacred weed medicine. It’s compost and ceremony.

While other decks offer soft affirmations, this one offers initiation.

Inside are the misunderstood ones—the creepers, clingers, and colonizers.

The plants that have been cut down, cast out, or called too much… but came back stronger.
Kudzu. Privet. Crownbeard. Dog fennel. Tree of Heaven.
They’re here to remind you that your wounds are your medicine—if you’re willing to listen.

You’ll also find the anchors.
The elders.
The steady ones.
White Oak. Eastern Hemlock. Mimosa. Bamboo. Beech.

And don’t forget the ancient medicinals.

Mugwort. Yarrow. Motherwort. Lavender. Lemon Balm.
And native wildflowers.
Tigerlily. Queen Anne’s Lace. Hawthorn. Joe Pye.

Each card carries not just a spirit, but a message—poetic, fierce, tender, and true.

This is a deck that doesn’t shy away from shadow.
Because real healing never does.
