This flower is our symbol for Breathwork at White Oak.
Sometimes called Bishop’s Flower, Queen Anne’s Lace holds the energy of safety, sanctuary, and sacred refuge. It reminds us of what it means to see clearly across lifetimes and generations, to be rooted in the earth while connected to the divine, and to honor the sacred feminine healing that unfolds gently but powerfully—especially in places that have felt forgotten.
Like this breathwork, it is both wild and wise. Strong and soft. A delicate strength growing in untamed places.
A Note from Veronica
I’ve trained in both Holotropic and Shamanic Breathwork, and over time, I’ve developed a practice that weaves together what I believe are the most powerful elements of both—while staying grounded in the nervous system, trauma-informed care, and a deep reverence for Nature and how she weaves into our own individual healing.
The Breath requires presence. There is nothing more sacred than the breath and the process of coming home to ourselves. We breathe with the body. With the heart. With the part of us that remembers.
Just like Queen Anne’s Lace—rooted deep, wildly free, and blooming where she’s least expected—this work meets you exactly where you are.
If you’re ready to follow the medicine that doesn’t always follow the rules—I’ll see you at our next Breathwork ceremony.
