- You already have a taper coach, therapist, peer support group, or a solid plan
- You need a licensed prescriber who won’t interfere, panic, or pathologize
- You’re wary of psychiatry—but still need someone to write the prescription
- You want a provider who understands trauma, withdrawal, and systemic harm
- You’ve been tapering at home (maybe with a jewelry scale) and want help crossing the bridge to compounding or formalizing your plan—so you can finally get off the damn drug once and for all
- You’re tracking symptoms, microdosing with care, and don’t need a full care team—just the missing piece
A Note on Safety & Communication
To support safe, collaborative care, all Dandelion Path participants must sign a Release of Information (ROI) for their taper coach, therapist, or peer support contact. This ensures that if something goes off track, we can communicate clearly — and you’re not left holding it all alone.
Don’t Have a Taper Coach Yet?
This path is designed for those already working with a therapist, taper coach, or peer-led support group—a support system that’s essential.
That said, there’s no one-size-fits-all rule. Occasionally, I may be able to support someone in the Dandelion Path who isn’t currently working with a coach. That decision is made carefully, case-by-case, and based on clinical fit.
If you’re considering the Dandelion Path and don’t currently have a coach, you’re welcome to schedule a brief Connection Call so we can talk it through. If it’s not the right fit right now, I’ll help guide you toward the next best step.

- You want someone to design your taper plan from scratch
- You’re looking for therapy, coaching, or diagnosis-based psychiatry
- You’re hoping for high-touch, full-spectrum care
