Triggered at the Table

Surviving Family Drama During the Holidays

Join Us Saturday Nov 1

Does this sound familiar?

You promise yourself this year will be different—but the moment you walk through the door, the same old family patterns resurface.
You leave gatherings feeling drained, resentful, or ashamed of how small you felt (or how loud you got).
You love your family, but you can’t seem to stay grounded when you’re with them.

You’re not alone.

Every year, as the holidays approach, people come undone.
Old wounds reopen. Boundaries blur. The body remembers what the mind tried to forget.

The holiday table is supposed to bring people together. But for many of us, it’s where the old roles come rushing back.

One glance, one comment, and suddenly you’re ten years old again—small, silenced, or seething.

This half-day intensive will help you recognize those triggers, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim your seat at the table without losing yourself.

Led by a Clinician Who’s Walked This Path

This intensive is guided by Veronica Johnson, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, a medical and psychiatric provider who is also a trauma therapist.
Veronica had the privilege of working directly with Pia Mellody from 2016–2020 and brings a rare depth of expertise in trauma, codependency, and nervous system regulation.

Her approach blends psychology, medicine, and rhythm-based healing to help you understand what’s really happening in your body when family dynamics hit hard—and how to stay steady when they do.

What to Expect

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a live, trauma-informed experience held in real time.
You’ll learn why family dynamics cut so deep and practice tools to help you stay centered—even when others aren’t.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more able to respond intentionally rather than react from old pain.

Important

This is a live-only event — no replay will be offered.

Cameras must remain on throughout the session (except during breaks). This helps create a safe, connected space for everyone.

Please plan to attend the full session live and undistracted.

Come home to yourself this holiday season.

Healing doesn’t mean avoiding your family.
It means remembering who you are when you’re with them.
